graph-includes software package provides transitionnal package, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install graph-includes
graph-includes is installed in your system.
Make ensure the graph-includes package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep graph-includes *
You will get with graph-includes package name, version, architecture and description in a table
